What actually gets approved
Migraciones treats this as a productive, commercial or services project rather than a capital threshold. Practitioners budget near USD 100,000 and a real business plan. Anyone quoting the decree figure as the price is quoting a number nobody uses.
The citizenship by investment experiment
A separate citizenship track tied to relevant investment was created by decree in 2025 and is legally unsettled after a June 2026 electoral court ruling. No public operational minimum was locatable. Treat it as not yet a program.
