What we collect

When you use the qualifier or contact form we receive what you typed, the page you were on, the time, and the exchange rate and threshold in force at that moment (so the brief is reproducible). It is stored in a private spreadsheet and emailed to us. If you open WhatsApp from this site, the message is composed on your device and sent by you through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms; we see it only when it arrives in our chat.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to see aggregate traffic and which buttons get used. No advertising features are enabled. You can block it with any standard browser tool and the site works identically.

Third parties

Google Fonts serves typefaces. datos.gov.co serves the live exchange rate; that request contains no personal data. The Wise link on the wiring page is an affiliate link and Wise may set its own cookies once you arrive there.

Introductions

When you ask us to introduce you to a broker or lawyer, we share the brief you wrote and your contact details with that professional and no one else. We do not build or sell lists.

Your rights

Under Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it. Email andy@scotheo.com.
