What we collect, and what we do with it.

What you send us
If you complete the brief on the qualify page, we receive the answers you selected plus any name, email, phone number and notes you type in. That is stored in a private spreadsheet controlled by Scout Theory LLC and is used to reply to you and, with your agreement, to make an introduction.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a small number of interaction events, such as opening WhatsApp or switching the display currency. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Rates and third parties
Pages showing converted figures call two public endpoints on load: the Colombian open data portal for the official exchange rate, and a public currency rates service for cross rates. Neither call includes anything about you beyond what any web request includes.
Introductions
We share your details with a lawyer or broker only when you ask us to make an introduction, and only the details relevant to it.
Removal
Email hello@investmentvisa.co and your record is deleted. No process, no retention argument.
Cookies
Only what Google Analytics sets. This site does not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
